Act IV Theatre Company have announced that in early April they will be presenting the the Australian premiere of Dave Simpson’s THE NAKED TRUTH.
Act IV describe the show as Coronation Street meets The Full Monty as five women struggle hilariously to conquer pole dancing in a bid to raise money for breast cancer research.
Then show will be directed by Ruth Fingret with assistant direction by Julia McNamara.
In the cast are Melanie Araya, Kaitlin de Lacy, Hayley Flowers, Jeannie Gee, Melinda Ryan and Wendy Winkler.
The show’s running time will be 2 hours including one interval.
THE NAKED TRUTH will play the Blood Moon Theatre @ The World Bar, 24 Bayswater Road, Kings Cross NSW 2011 between the 6th and the 16th April. Performances run Wednesdays to Saturdays at 7pm. Ticket prices $30 full, $25 concession. $2 from each ticket will go to women’s cancer charities.
