“No one outfoxes a fox!” Absolutely perfect family entertainment, this child-friendly extravaganza, is an enduring fully live-on-stage vivid interpretation, of Roald Dahl’s classic tale FANTASTIC MR FOX.
FANTASTIC MR FOX with wife and one pup, live happily underground in their burrow, below a huge tree. Every night FANTASTIC MR FOX visits three local farms, owned by the farmers Boggis, Bunce and Bean. Stealing chickens from Boggis, ducks/geese from Bunce, and then turkeys from Bean. The farmers devise their first hilarious plan to catch FANTASTIC MR FOX, but only succeed in shooting off his bushy tail. Next they dig out the burrow. The huge adventure continues, with every child in the audience fully involved, in saving the fox family from the three farmers. Highly Recommended.
Adapted for the stage by award-winning producers, shake & stir theatre co. This production of FANTASTIC MR FOX, has six actors live-on-stage, all beautifully interacting with constantly changing audio/video animations, bringing to life all the magic from the wide-world of Roald Dahl’s imagination.
The 2023 censorship of the book, has not been applied to this stage version of the animal kingdom’s greatest hero, FANTASTIC MR FOX.

The theatre is at 22 Hickson Road at Walsh Bay, just 150 metres west of The Wharf Theatre, and is opposite Pier 6/7 on Walsh Bay.
