CATVIDEO FEST: FLEABAGS OF FUN

It’s pussy galore on the big screen as CatVideoFest 2025 gives cause for claws a joyous, communal cinematic experience that delights audiences while giving back. Every ticket sold raises money for cats in need, for feline-focused nonprofits.

Curated by filmmaker Will Braden and distributed by Oscilloscope, CatVideoFest brings the Internet’s favourite felines to the big screen in a categorically crafted compilation. From hilarious home footage and animations to music videos and iconic viral clips, CAT VIDEO FEST 2025 features more felines than you can shake a feather at.

Exclusively available in cinemas (you won’t find this collection online),CatVideoFest has become one of the best-attended annual events at independent cinemas worldwide. This year’s edition will screen at over 150 cinemas across Australia and more than 500 globally.

Now in its fifth fur-filled year, CatVideoFest 2025 continues to surprise, charm and raise vital funds for cats in need — all while giving audiences the chance to laugh, cheer and collectively celebrate the Internet’s most beloved creatures.

Highlights from this year’s festival include a touching rescue video by Cat Man Chris, one of the most popular cat rescuers on the internet with over a million subscribers. It’s a remarkable rehabilitation from a mangy mog, a flea bitten blinded and bandy critter to a fine felix.

A recent hilarious video by Simon’s Cat, the most popular online animated cat series of all time, what some consider to be the first cat video ever made, from 1887, and a video by French Fuse, one of the most popular online musicians and “meme remixers” with over 4 million followers.

Cat tragics will have kittens at this catalogue of cute, a film full of fiddle- de- dee felidae, from toms to tabbies, malkins to mousers, puss in boots, baths and bras.
