Monday night saw the launch of the 29th Flickerfest short film festival at a star-studded event at Bondi Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.

Guests were treated to Four Pillars Gin cocktails on arrival and a selection of Icebergs favourite bites before an exclusive screening of Alana Hicks, Chicken which has been shortlisted as a highlight for the 2020 Season of Flickerfest.

The Offical Flickerfest Trailer was also unveiled, celebrating yet another classic film parody, with Sandy & Danny from the cult musical ‘Grease’ rocking it at Bondi Beach featuring guests Penny McNamee and Jake Speer.

 Flickerfest is one of the world’s leading and most respected platforms for short film, the festival will kick off at Bondi Pavillion and screen the best short films from Australia and the world all guaranteed to make you laugh, cry and gasp with delight.

Flickerfest will take place between the 10th and 19th January 2020 at the Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Bondi Beach.  $18 per session ticket.
