Sullivan+Strumpf is excited to announce its first ever online magazine. With the aim of bringing collectors and the public closer to the artists they love, the magazine provides a deeper look into the practice of the gallery’s artists, and introduces new artists, new ideas, new ways of looking at the world.
Issue one of the magazine includes interviews with artists Greg Hodge, Darren Sylvester, Tony Albert, Eko Nugroho, Dawn Ng, and Juka Araikawa, and podcasts with Australian icon and entertainer Todd McKenney, and the amazing David Flack, founder and director of Flack Studio – the Interior Architecture and Design Studio based in Melbourne.
The gallery’s regular podcasts and video content is now joined by commissioned essays and interviews, giving readers a glimpse into the artists’ lives and what’s coming up at the gallery. A new ‘Quick Curate’ section explores the gallery’s stockroom with a themed selection of available works.
