The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras festival kicks off in just two weeks with a fabulously eclectic program of events.
A highlight of the program is GENDER EUPHORIA who are bringing their acclaimed show to Sydney (15-16 Feb) after sell-out performances at the 2019 Midsumma Festival and 2019 Melbourne International Arts Festival.
The show features Australia’s biggest line-up of trans and gender-diverse performers to ever share a main stage;
- The show flips gender dysphoria on its head and explores the distinctive joys that can come with being trans;
- A rallying cry to empower trans communities that explores gender, identity and personhood;
- A joyous binary-exploding combination of dance, comedy, burlesque, circus, poetry and much that defies any label;
- Stars cabaret icons Mama Alto and Maude Davey;
The show will play the York Theatre at the Seymour Centre on the 15th and 16th February.
