It wasn’t long at all before I was well and truly anchored in and engaging with Finegan Kruckemeyer’s enchanting play.
The experience is akin to Richard Curtis’ film, Love Actually. The play jumps between different love stories/encounters taking place in various places around the world, some told with a very light brush, others with a darker tone.
Three wonderful, inspirational performers- Jo Morris, Ben Mortley and Renee Newman are on stage for the play’s 90 minute straight through and are very credible in a whole range of colourful characters.
Charming and disarming, THOSE WHO FALL IN LOVE LIKE ANCHORS DROPPED UPON THE OCEAN FLOOR is playing the SBW Stables Theatre until August 6.
